RESULTS
WHAT MADE THIS WORK
PPL helped transform the initial retail concept into a working store operation. Procedures, staffing requirements and feedback systems were established specifically for the six-week program.
Team members were matched to positions based on their interests, talents and experience in fashion and retail. The result was a cohesive team equipped to represent Terez and support its customers.
Every team member received training in Terez’s brand, products and store procedures. This preparation helped staff communicate the brand story while maintaining an enthusiastic retail environment.
PPL tracked sales activity, inventory, social media impressions, influencer attendance and participation from existing Terez customers. Detailed post-event feedback was then delivered to Clamor.
